Founder and Talent Strategist, Jenn Zimmermann began Catch All to honor a call to serve businesses. Consumer demands/wants (more for less), coupled with increasing employee demands/wants (less for more) have created stress in the workplace. We have a passion for helping businesses grow, develop, strategize, and effectively manage their resources to meet demands. We see effectiveness as a combination of accountability and fun that can be productive while allowing margin for living. We also believe forgiveness is free, actions have consequence and unity is stronger than standing alone.
Jenn’s theories on life are: show up, serve others, work hard, trust God, and have some fun along the way. It is time we engage our people, ignite the passion in others as getting to great is not out of reach, it just takes a great team!

Matt’s unique background has afforded him insight to lead strategically. His experience includes HR, Organizational Development, Training, and Lean Manufacturing. His career started with Tenneco Automotive, a tier one Toyota supplier and then transitioned to Toyota Motor Manufacturing where he experienced first-hand the Toyota Production System (TPS) and Toyota’s unique approach to HR. Matt’s other experience includes Badger Mining Corp.- a Fortune 100 Great Place to Work, and Ariens Company where he led the effort in Lean Manufacturing. He has a BS in Psychology, MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a Lean Manufacturing Certification and is a graduate of Zappos Culture Camp.

David Welles is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin (BA 1982; JD 1986). He has practiced law for over 30 years, primarily in the areas of business law, real estate, and transactional matters. He has worked in both law firms and in-house settings. He has been and remains involved in numerous professional, community and civic organizations including most recently the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Wausau/Marathon County Parks Foundation, Inc. Board of Directors, and the City of Wausau Community Development Authority Board of Trustees where he chairs the Redevelopment Committee. We are blessed to have his legal and business perspective serving on our Advisory Board.

CAREGIVER SUPPORT AND MARKETING COORDINATOR, PAW HEALTH NETWORK
Ben Glascock is a Caregiver Support and Marketing Coordinator for Paw Health Network, a Catch All Client. He helps to advise Catch All from the perspective of our clients and end users. Prior to his role with Paw Health Ben worked at Catch All for many years helping to develop, refine, improve, and deliver our products and services. His experience with our company both internally and externally is valuable as we pursue continual improvement. Ben’s background in Marketing coupled with his time at Catch All learning Business Strategy has forged him the experience to think in terms of design and efficiency, a powerful combination we are privileged to have on our Advisory Team.
MARIJEAN HOPPE
REGIONAL MANAGER, AMERICAN ENGINEERING TESTING (AET)
Marijean is a professional engineer with 25+ years’ experience. She graduated from Ohio State University with a BS in civil engineering. She has experience in planning, design, project management and construction services for site, utility, highway, and airport projects. This experience has given her the opportunity to lead major projects across the Midwest. She also served during FEMA’s hurricane disaster recovery efforts in Florida and is a certified John Maxwell Leadership mentor and speaker. Marijean has led teams through change and increased performance and is proud to serve as an advisor to Catch All.
